But, the lack of coaching in his career - bottom tier coaches. WEll Steichen wasn't, don't think Pep was. But the last three years..
No defense most of his career. This year, better in ppg game allowed by when you have the Bears with a D2 QB, the Jets and Patrios, thats a few games to pad the stats.
No running game. Post Miami game - worst running game in football. Any time they run its like a wasted down.
WRs who are good but not play makers - that truly help a QB with YAC and what not.

He will have an excellent staff - his OC will call the offense, the DC will call the defense
and you know what Harbaugh will do - WATCH the damn game and coach; not worrying about the last play or the next play

People will be utterly amazed how much Herbert will recover if they actually get serious about fixing the oline in the off season. Draft two oline and sign two more in my book in the off season. So let me get this straight...Broken Ribs last season and two broken fingers this season with close to zero protection. Fuck...I wonder what went wrong! LOL!Chiefs won the Superbowl with 10 Rookies....
