I'm pretty sure Rivers gets on guys about being sloppy, you just don't see it. He handles it the way it is supposed to be handled, away from the camera's, so that he is not deliberately humiliating them.

The Manning family seems like a bunch of dicks.
Well, actually, as much as it pains me to say it, Sheli doesn't seem like a dick - just a daddy's boy.

The closest thing I can think of as far as Rivers showing up teammates is him slapping and/or kicking footballs after delays of game. But it's possible he's just angry at himself when he does that.
