    LAC ... and I ... demonstrated heartfelt respect when Terez passed.

    It really is a shame when Chiefs run around whining and pining for more recognition.

    They demonstrate insecurities, as though there is a "small city complex."

    It permeates here, there and everywhere, even on Sirius XM NFL Radio, and Chiefs forums.
    Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.

      Cowboys' LT Tyron Smith severe torn left hammie in practice, could be out for months.

        That's a toss up but I'll go with Tillery for the simple fact that he wasn't as big of a reach as Leatherwood. I saw Leatherwood as a second/third rounder all the way, and he didn't pick himself in the first round.

        Tillery looked like your prototypical end in a 3-4, in the same vein as Stephon Tuitt, who was strong and stout in college, yet that power never transitioned to the NFL.

          Leatherhead hasn’t disappointed me at all, so I’ll take Tillery for $200, Alex!

          TPB called Leatherhead correctly and accurately well in advance of the draft - good work, fellas!

            Tillery turned out to be JAG, but Leatherwood is a plain bust.

                They assembled a team of stars, some of those stars i really liked in the draft.
                That was a long time ago in football years.....many of those stars are gone.

                I don't really like who they are drafting now;
                three in particular are people who I had do not draft labels:

                1. Karlaftis
                2. Chenal (unless they have a plan to play him on the edge and not go back in coverage)
                3. The big slug from Kentucky

                the others were meh choices.

                You keep on talking about the past as if this KC team was that good and the other AFC west teams were that bad.

                  I had not high expectations for Leatherwood or Tillery in the first place;

                  but Leatherwood was a middle first selection, so he is the greater bust

                        On that other forum, I remember how some of the posters were begging the Bolts to draft Gallery...wow, what a bust he turned out to be...Raiders at least got some service from him at G, though he was usually the penalty leader of the O-line...

                          Ouch. That’ll screw up their season.
                          Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
