A note about the railing collapse after the Washington/Philly game. The fact no one from the stadium was there to help reminded me of something a retired policeman said after the 2011 beating of Bryan Stowe at Dodger Stadium. He was quick to point out a team cares about security when you are entering the gates and sitting in your seats for one reason only-you are going to generate revenue while entering and watching. But once the game ends, no one is adding $$ to the owner's pockets. Although he said too much alcohol is part of the mix, the cop got it right - Snyder got your money for the day, why bother caring about you now?
Believe it or not, at Carson the sheriff patrols were in full force after the Chargers played. Maybe Spanos got that right???

He would have fewer passes batted down and his passes, especially the shorter ones, would be more catchable. I guess I'm saying the reason for receivers dropping his balls and the number of his passes that are batted down, originate from the same cause, and I think it's something he can remedy on his own as he learns to understand situations better with more experience.“Less is more? NO NO NO - MORE is MORE!”

He’s a top QB in the league already and playing better in his first 2 years than literally any QB in history. Sometimes defenders time their jump and are just there - this freak out over bat downs is pretty silly imo. Don’t change the star QB - get better fucking blocking. Knock those fuckers down when they jump in the air and jump that 300+ lbs on their sternum a few times.
