Keep the picks. Get a great LT with #13. Keep building. Build until your talent and depth make you better than the teams around you.
Although the tackle class is talented and deep, "He who hesitates is lost". If we don't snag them, others will. Lot's of OT hungry teams right behind us in this year's draft.
Boltnut has the right idea, as much as I want Sewell, I know this is the right way to look at it.

We all loved 2nd and 3rd round picks that year, we all have been mistaken.

I agree about the comparison to Sewell. Probably not as good as Sewell but if you add a solid CB in R2 plus another player - -that probably makes the entire team better. The Chargers like you said need depth and talent compared to the rest of the teams in the AFCWest and AFC. They are not Penei Sewell or even Rayshawn Slater away. Chargers have 5 picks in four rounds and Telesco needs to nail them.
I get it easier for Telesco to trade a bunch of draft capital - make it look like he is "aggressive" getting Penei Sewell but to me - thats taking the easy way out.
