Beat me to it. That was ridiculous. Hopefully the director of officiating makes it clear that Taylor lining up in the backfield and committing false start won't be tolerated. He committed illegal formation and false start on nearly every play.

Yup just rewatching the fourth… he’s not lined up properly. His helmet was not lined up with the center’s beltline giving him advantage against the pass rush. Ref tried to help but the Lions overcame it.

The Lions failed to seize the game by the throat in the final minutes. They failed to convert a 4th and short late in the 4th Quarter, giving the ball back to Patrick Mahomes at his own 40 at the 2 minute warning, trailing by just ONE point. The Chiefs only needed 25 yards to position themselves for a Harrison Butker field goal, after which they'd all be celebrating yet another Chief's Way victory.

Then miraculously-- unlike seemingly 1,000 previous times-- the Chiefs *didn't* capitalize on this near 'Gimme'. They LOST! At HOME! At Arrowhead Fucking Stadium!
