Its very odd, which is why to me i am guessing (wishful hoping?) its a paternity related dispute and the mother got a judge to slap him. Its weird nobody knows what the actual exact charge is … still. For general crimes its public knowlege - i think only family related items get shielded but no expert on whatever law in whatever state it was in (MA?)

Yes Massachusetes (sp) whatever.

Family Court is separate in California from Probate court. Both are civil matters an not criminal matters but I am no lawyer. I just have to deal with the assholes from time to time.

I see 0 chance stayley is gone next year with us making playoffs. Spanos have no reason to move on - he can stay with the cheap option now.


Lombo's Job, however, will depend on the performance from here on out into the playoffs IMO.

Credit to stayley - the guy has really turned the defense around. Hopefully this continues in the playoffs.

I dont hate Staley but when a quality veteran superbowl winning coach becomes available And with Fangio too?If we end up one and done and or blown the hell out in the post season Im on the Payton train.If we show we are a well coached team deserving of our spot in the POs and ready to Finally become winners then I have no problem staying with BS.

I just look at it as not being amazed we finally made the POs but more amazed it's taken this long with Justin friggin Herbert at QB to finally make it.A coach of Payton's quality teamed with Herbert is what any football fan would love to witness.

Took 3 or 4 years with Brees and he was a vet QB which that was his 7th or 8th season. Payton and Brees only had the 1 SB in all their years together.

I'm neutral on Payton and we are playing well now. No chance imo Dean ponys up for Payton anyways. Hec it will be interesting if we do win a SB and have to resign Staley lol.
