Telesco misses a lot of opportunities by not making trades
^ This. One of my biggest knocks vs. TT is his unwillingness to make trades...but he's ok with signing over the hill LB's that have been cut...

Hard to argue with that - but they have serious Oline issues as well - maybe more than us...So there would be much work to do there for Phil to be successful.

Norv may not be there. Rivera was fired and Norv isn't one to stick around if he is passed over for the HC position and just waiting to see who the next HC will be. Even if he is, Carolina sux. I hope he goes to a team that has potential to win.

He's an uncreative GM whose body of work speaks for itself.

          Hint: it stinks.

This is will be one interesting Black Monday, won't it?

Keeping Norv around as OC, when the new HC comes aboard is like hiring the former captain of the Titanic to take charge of another ship...

Norv improves QB play wherever he goes, look it up.

4–4 (.500) Norv's Post season record is better than any Charger coach in Charger history.

Norv Turner is going to present Philip Rivers to the HOF. Ya'all who don't like that, can suck it.

Improving QB play and having a winning record as a HC are two different things. Norv has the dubious distinction of coaching more games than any other coach in NFL history with a losing record. Not. Good.

you must be the only fan of Norv left. I hated the hire the minute I heard it.

Norv understands you get two chances to head coach in the NFL and he went to work work two shit owners: Daniel Snyder and Al Davis

I was talking about Norv as an offensive coordinator. Go do research on QB play and it improves markedly wherever he goes (except Minnesota and go figure with Kirk Cousins). His career coaching record of .500 is the best in Charger history and that is what is really bothering you.

Why did you love Norv? I started a fire Norv thread the same day he was hired, lol. Big mistake by AJ.
