The Tom Telesco Thread
The quadruple T thread of infamy has begun.
I, like most (if not all) of you, have lived through so many shitty GMs for this team.
I've been a fan since I can remember (memories start for me circa 1,973 AD) and I
cannot remember a time when I was so enamored with the things our GM was doing.
TT inherited a pile of shit with some golden sprinkles laden in it here and there, and has
worked tirelessly to improve the overall roster. I was slightly enamored with John Butler,
but that probably had more to do with him not being Bobby Beathard than it had to do
with him being awesome. I could never see Telesco trying to pull off a David Boston signing.
There's something about this guy that makes me confident that we won't have a years-long drought
of hope in our team. Like sooner, rather than later, we WILL be vying for a championship.
I don't know about all of you, but only one year in and I'm sold.
