      Dontrelle asked to be released.
Prolly saw he was not gonna make it.

Edit. Just saw it. Julian Edelman, Demaryius Thomas, and Josh Gordon are back. Oh brother.

Wow, just when Patton thought he had that last spot on the roster...wow...

And they drafted Harry 1st round and have Meyers going nuts in pre-season.

I like Dontrell, but question a WR that far down the pecking order not carrying ST value.

I think he can make this team. If he didn't have a chance, the Chargers wouldn't have given him the offer. I wish they had a burner to replace Benjamin, but PR said that he's having a good camp. This puts some pressure on Scott, Patton and Davis, obviously; there won't be 7 WRs on the 53.

He could be getting some work if they want to call him up as in injury replacement later in the year. Experience counts.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

Inman is a hard working mofo. He's one of those guys who just clicks with Rivers. He had 810 yards and 4 TDs three seasons ago. Not too shabby. Does this signing indicate coaches aren't real keen on the progress of the back end of the WR depth chart? I still think Patton makes the roster over Scott and Davis.

Well, I still ain't high on Davis, maybe they aren't either.

Inman reminded me a bit of Floyd...an over-achiever who clicked with Rivers and who Rivers made better, getting the best out of him.

I like it. Makes perfect sense to add the guy that has extensive experience with this QB and system into the mix of inexperienced wrs.
