I am sure you and everyone are seeing it.
In whimsical, simulated mocks, Brown keeps coming up as the #3 overall prospect, and he's available @ 7.

Andrew Thomas a true OLT would also be very tempting, if I am unable to abate trench itch.

I give them 2 - 3 Lombardi trophies before the league catches on.

Don't wast your time with quarterbacks because they will be irrelevant come next year.
Exactly my predicted scheme! Fuck OTs, they are just wasting their time that far outside the center. Tuck in tight behind the Lynn Wedgie and drive it up the gut every play, Winning!

I just saw Brown go up against Alabama. He made a few plays, but was pretty much kept in check by #65.

Pretty unimpressive performance against a top Oline in the Iron Bowl.

So, on the bright side, maybe we look at drafting one of those stout Alabama linemen...like Wills or Leatherwood?

                PFF Final OL Ratings
                29. Los Angeles Chargers

The Chargers’ offensive line has been their roster's biggest weakness for several seasons now. To put it in perspective, the last time they had a team pass-blocking grade ranked above 26th was 2014. With Russell Okung out for much of the season, the tackle position manned by Trent Scott and Sam Tevi was an issue, consistently putting Philip Rivers under pressure. Tevi and Scott combined to allow 88 pressures this season. That was the second most of any tackle duo in the NFL, behind Nate Solder and Mike Remmers in New York.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
                The Wasted Decade is done.

My only question: would they have panned-out with our coaches?

                      I count only 5 first rounders there wu-dai;
& only Nelson & Stanley are top 10 1rst rounders.

Here's a a suggestion: oline upgrade without the need to spend additional draft picks.

                        https://heavy.com/sports/2020/01/har...tential-coach/

Harry Hiestand, Just let go from the bears. By all accounts in media and word on the street, elite and proven Oline coach.

FWIW, it came up in a discussion with a coach friend of mine on NYE, who's very close to a couple former Bears players. Talked about what a great coach he is. Showed me a text form one who had said about Harry "total fall guy...one of the best line coaches in the game"

Now I don't know Boo about it, but I wonder if a different OL coach could make a big impact in a short amount of time.

Maybe an overlooked issue: Pat Meyer
