I hope we take two players in this draft to help us get pressure. An OLB and a DE than can also come inside on 4 man fronts. I also hope we take a CB that can play outside as I think we have the slot covered.

I'm hoping if we miss out on the top corners that TT will just dip into the second round of free agency and spend picks elsewhere.

I think we're all on board on wanting Barr if he miraculously drops to us.

I don't know much about Ford, though. I've heard he's a good pass rusher, I've heard he's limited... I don't know whether he should excite me as a difference maker or not. Thoughts?

I don't know if I would say he can't be a difference maker. Ford is not a very polished pass rusher. He basically has one move, speed rush upfield. He doesn't use his hands well, and he needs to learn to be a better rounded player, more physical and learn technique. He has a lot to learn, but if he is willing and can improve, he has the tools to be at least a decent, if not great pass rusher.

I see him as sort of a polar opposite of Trent Murphy. The guy has good technique for a college player. But he is not very explosive. The guy gets a lot of effort sacks on QB who hold the ball too long, but I don't see many of his sacks translating to the NFL. I see him as a faster, more fluid Jared Johnson type of guy. But like Johnson, I don't see him as a sack guy, and I don't see that changing.

Fuller. Like what I've been reading about this guy. I think, if he's there, he should be our pick. Over Roby, certainly. Even over Nix. Or Cooks.

I guess I'll chime in, even though I know nothing about these prospects that I haven't read here: of possible 1st round picks I like Verrett best; of possible later picks, Desir.

BPA for me. If Barr or Cooks fall to us I will be very very happy.

Verrett sounds like a quality/solid player, but I just can't fathom a guy his size being able to adequately cover a 6'5" WR like Evans. I'd rather go for a Jean-Baptiste or Desir in 2nd or 3rd round, respectively.

Fuller is almost 6'0". Fuck Evans.

I have seen reputable mocks with Hageman, Latimer, & Jean-Baptiste near the bottom of Round 1. All three of those guys are rising in the rankings. Of course, I am assuming that a lot of the guys I'd rather we draft are gonzo at this point.

I probably wouldn't take Moncrief higher than where we naturally pick in the 2nd, nor would I burn a pick on McGill or Desir any sooner than the 3rd.
