    has there even been an official diagnosis released of exactly what the injury is? I don't recall seeing it...

        they already passed that stage. First they lie and say it isn't bad. Then the player shows up in the dreaded boot and they say it is "day to day" until the boot comes off. Then they decide whether to let them practice again- or go straight to amputation. He's running again, so we're OK for now.

          Nothing has ever been released that I can find or recall. How long are they going to stonewall with this injury? Are they allowed to be this mysterious under NFL rules? Damn that Mike McCoy!

            The amputation already happened. It's an imaginary foot in that boot.
