That's one of the three reasons that these last 2 games are important.

1). Play well and keep playing well, because as of now, we haven't played many good games in a row.
2). Young players need to learn that there is a standard of performance. You cannot be emotionally and physically up for every game. Every team has games where they are off. But you can demand that everyone play through those games at a high level and still be effective. You just plain have to win those games. And the good ones do. So let the young guys know that it is about coming in and preparing hard every single week no matter what. And then don't rely on emotion to play well, rely on your preparation and skills.
3).We still aren't mathematically eliminated. One of the great lessons in life is only worry about the things you can control. Life is full of things you cannot, but if you can't control them why worry. Besides it worked out well for us a few years ago. But if you don't win out, all the help in the world goes to waste, because we have no room for error.
