I saw that credited to Chris Simms. Also highly doubt that any team that has a prospect on top of their board after a minimum of 9 months of scouting a player gets 'scared at the last second'.

Pats miss a PAT... This years team is not looking like the Belicheck teams of the past, a lot of small issues. Season is young I guess...

It would have been interesting had we drafted a first round quarterback to see how Philip Rivers would have handled the situation.

The only thing I would have against a first round quarterback is Rivers has three seasons left on his deal and if he plays through that contract and wants an extension, then gets an extension, we have a Patriots like situation on our hands where we might need to extend the backup or tag the backup to make sure we don't lose the guy we think will be our quarterback's successor. Unless of course the Patriots plan on letting Jimmy G walk in free agency, but I doubt that will happen, and if Brady plays on it's either an extension or tag for him.

I completely whiffed on the Titans offense this season. I really thought they would be blowing things up. The one step drop and just stand there look for Mariota isnt good. Murray looks like he would rather be playing video games. They have an amazing OL and still just cant move the rock.
