He's not a free agent but Browns are shopping CB Joe Haden. I would be interested in this, probably would only cost a late round pick and although his contract is big after this year the last 2 years only have 3 million guaranteed left so it is essentially a 1 yr deal and we have an out at end of year if it don't work out.

This is true he isn't what he use to be even though he is 28 he lost a step, he's been injured the past two years. Dude played through a torn groin last year not a wise move on a team that was 1-15. He was always a good tackler can he make it as a safety? Cleveland needs WR's but I wouldn't be willing to depart with none other than Inman, but that probably wouldn't be enough

Not suggesting giving up a lot for him. But if he can be had for like a 5th round pick because Cleveland just wants him off the books and to let young guys step in I'd be interested. Sure, he obviously isn't the old joe haden but you get what you pay for and we wouldn't be giving up what we would for the old joe haden either. Going from the #1 cb on a terrible team and bad defense to being the #3 cb on a team with bosa and ingram I would think if there is any bit of joe haden left that could play it would shine through here. If Cleveland fetchs a 2nd round pick or something obviously forget it but I think they would take much less than that for him at this point.
