Yea dehydration causes all sorts of problems. Your body starts drawing water from your vital organs. Then histamine is released from the H2 receptor in the stomach causing alkalinity problems. Then cramps like Gastroenteritis set in. Which is very painful.

I worked 24 hours over 3 days to totally renovate my backyard for a party in 100 heat. I spent the whole party in my room in so much pain. I couldn't move and hurt everywhere.

      I hope it's just dehydration

No about 8 years ago. I bought a house and had 6 foot weeds in the entire yard. I pulled them up tilled the ground. Set up sprinklers and put in barriers and landscaping. I woke up on the third day thinking I was dying.

I never knew what dehydration was before that. It frickin hurts

My ex girlfriend suffered a brain aneurysm several years ago and I witnessed her symptoms. I'm certainly no doctor, but what I saw of Kubiak's symptoms and reactions, I immediately thought of that experience. It was terrifying and the procedure and recovery were really awful for her. Regardless of what happened, I hope he's OK. Scary stuff.

That's not technically accurate if it was a brain bleed. My ex gf had surgery about 36 hours after the original episode. They want to stabilize the patient and assess it via MRI, CT Scan, etc before deciding on what sort of procedure is necessary. You just don't go cutting into someone's skull unless it's like a complete rupture.
