WR's and RB's can wear numbers below 10 in preseason, so I guess Williams will get first shot at a number from someone getting cut later on. That tells me we have too many WRs/TEs to issue a real number.

Williams evidently doesn't want a number in the 80s, so he will just take 11 once Geremy Davis gets cut. Or just give him 18. That would be dope.
