Interesting fact about all the interceptions Mahome's has thrown that are negated by penalties; how many are throws made with the knowledge of an offsides, or defensive holding, we'll never know.
Not all 17 of them i am betting. Certainly not some picks we have seen saved by penalties against the Chargers.

        Take the Bengals.

Dan Bunz big hit at the goalline on Ickey Woods, preventing a decisive TD.

Recently, Aaron Donald arrived at Burrow a fraction before he was going to hit Chase for a game winning TD.

Sandwiched between Bengals players blowing a great chance with a SB partyfest.

          Hope I'm wrong.
I disagree on this. He's got 35 tackles, 23 solos as a first year starter and he's always around the ball. I'll take that over K. Murray 24/7/365. I bet if you ask Minter, who we all agree has been an eye opening addition, he'd say he loves Henley, too.

              Ahh.
Yes probably should have been called.
I bet you saw it better than TV feed.
I was thinking OPI on a short pass.

If option B is K9 then sure I'd take Henley too.
But I'm seeing an off ball LB that is taking bad angles, and doesn't bring requisite thump.
So maybe he can develop in those areas and be even better than his stats suggest.
                rn I'm not impressed.
I'm not sure what Minter would say if he was being honest compared to what he's asking of Henley.
not trying to bag on the guy, but I need more physicality before I can say he's a keeper.

KC was hurting too, but no where near to the degree our injuries were.
the equivalent is giving them Pacheco back, as well as their LT who isn't great anyway but taking away the strength of their OL
take away their starting guards and give Mahomes a lingering ankle sprain.
Then tell.me how many points they put up against Minter with a healthy Bosa and James.

                  On defense:
take away their best 2 defenders and take away JK Dobbins for us and see if we go scoreless for 3 quarters.
however you want to calculate Bosa's impact, maybe 60% of Chris Jones' ability, whatever.

The Rice injury happened in-game so that shouldn't count pregame but let's say Palmer gets hurt to even it out. Their best receiver is Kelce still, ours perhaps LaConk.

A few days later, I hope more of us can see how impactful these injuries were. Not saying they weren't fair, THEY ARE, INJURIES ARE PART OF THE GAME, but it's reasonable to assume that we present a much more formidable opponent when equal in health and that's a goal we're aiming at.

Thing is, the excuses wear a little thin over the course of 11 straight home losses to the Chiefs. That is 11 years.

1 home loss. The other 10 fall at the feet of inept coaching. All of which are gone. Best to forget all of that, because it has nothing to do with this regime.

I don't think he was brought in to be the thumper. He's not much bigger than D. James so basically he's a hybrid LB/S. I think his strengths are running down ball carriers in the flats and shutting down the sidelines. I've enjoyed watching him and yeah maybe that does has something to do with watching K. Murray just be clueless for 4 years. He's a high energy guy. I'm sure he has some things to clean up, but that will come with every rep of experience.

Did we really get great coaching against Kansas City?

                          From ESPN

After Sunday's 17-10 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, L.A. sits at 2-2 heading into the bye week, the same place they were after four games last season. While the way the Chargers got here has been with a vastly different offensive play style and a dominant defense, many of the team's issues of yesteryear have been present: Absent stars, questionable coaching decisions, two losses where the opponent pulled away in the fourth quarter and on Sunday, another one-score loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Its early, not down on Harbaugh, it will take time...but....when it comes to on field results, we have not yet seen anything different from last few years.

A quarter into the season....another loss to Chiefs....2-2 again...wins against bad teams...lose to the good teams. Harbaugh has been crowned around here, but nothing has really changed yet in results.

The defense is way better, thats great...but the offensive is far worse
