The disgruntled sister is bought out and gone.

Apparently this guy has billions, is based in LA, with lots of good contacts. Looks like a positive thing

Interesting. Looks like Dea will get most of the proceeds and Dean gets her off his back.

Hard to imagine the value of these NFL franchises keep appreciating like they have.

It costs a family of four $1,000 to attend a game. Insane.

which could mean that there will no sale of the team to "super rich guy" (Jeff Bezos, etc.).

Gores is president of a private equity firm that owns the company I work for as well as the Detroit Pistons.

No family friction within the team is GOOD!

Yeah that thought crossed my mind. Fortunately he will have no say in how the team is run - and what happened this year makes that very important.

Could be a foot in the door to eventually buy the whole team in the future.....(Could be bad or good.)

Article says there is no direct route to full ownership of the team. I don't think the remaining family has any desire to sell, but my guess is that if they did, they would re-assess the value of the team, and then sell to the highest bidder.
