Maybe it's an AT&T thing. They just took over DirecTV. I probably am naive but if a business promises to give you certain things over the phone aren't they legally bound to do that?

Great, so AT&T is fucking up DirecTV now? I had DTV for years and liked the service but i couldnt get a decent interenet option with them. Couldnt even get the AT&T interenet service so i was stuck with Cox which charged me more money to have it because i didnt have their TV service and combined it went just over $200 a month so i eventually had to cave and go with Cox for both. Now im paying $155. Still, the options for TV service is shit. They been ripping us off for years.
