Anthony Lynn was on San Diego radio this morning.

I wasn't impressed. Doesn't seem Charismatic enough to sell the team to a new market or retain the old one but the idiotic ownership probably doesn't think that is important

Public relations is never a criteria for the Chargers. The question is whether he's charismatic enough to motivate the team. He wasn't hired as the next offensive genius. Bosa in an interview implied that McCoy wasn't all that inspiring to him, maybe because it seemed forced vs. natural. Maybe in their search the front office thought someone that had some coordinator experience and more important could relate to the players was more important than x's and o's in the resume.

I don't think you can be just an interim coordinator. He was the coordinator. I moved the thread as it is normal to dislike coaches and remaining fans might have the same reaction, and its not directly related to the move.
