In other words, they've known about P.J. Walker for a while, and either are interested, or not. This won't be a new thing to ponder.
I'm thinking, "How could there *not* be at least 3 available quarterbacks out there that Joe Hortiz would consider the right degree of upgrade he's looking for?!?"
Logic says that Hortiz has been on the phone today, trying to land this year's QB2.

3. Seven WRs.
I am very stoked about having 7 WRs on the roster. I didn't think they would do it. But it's what I would do. When you turnover the WR corps like they did this season, it's smart to roster a plethora of young talent to see what you have or don't have in these guys to rebuild the WR room. Love it! I hope they can sneak Cornelius Johnson onto the PS. I think he has legit NFL chops.

Wasn't Smartt a QB in college? I can totally see how he'd need some time to develop into a competent NFL player at an entirely different position. If he's doing that?!? Good on him!
