There is probably some reasonable doubt at this point (it wouldn't surprise me that he might be claiming he had a case of jock itch) so they're making sure the charges will stick. Depending on the amount of trauma the video shooter is claiming (she had her kids there too) will probably determine how serious the charge will be.
