It would not surprise me to see NYG take him at #3 overall after their failings with Saquon.

I am willing to give up several prime picks in two drafts to have a one-two punch of Jeanty/Najee and our OL and Justin Herbert.

In a sneaky good move, I would ask for a '25 round 6, to give us many bites at the apple at PONs with historic depth, namely EDGE/DT.

"Courage" describes Hortiz, the man involved in drafting Linderbaum and trading up for Lamar.

I hope so. I would hate for the Raiders to get 2 of my favorite prospects of all time in back to back seasons. lol

One guy stops the run and bats down balls, occasionally gets a sack or a pressure.
One guy is in the opponents backfield every single play…

the guy that lives in the backfield got how many TFLs…. 7 ??

and the guy that is only a two down sack o’ potatoes, that takes on a double team on the regular, and prolly makes his teammates and team defense much better…. got how many TFLs ??

since when is .5 (point five) a glaring difference ??

Jeanty's vision, balance, leg drive, cutback ability, elusiveness, ability to break tackles and even long speed are off the charts. Would u use #22 and next year's #1 or #2 pick to trade up for him?

To get up for Jeanty, it will probably cost at least two FRPs and two SRPs

Personally, I don't think the Chargers are a player away. I think they need a lot of good players. Now they need one of the players to "pop" out and be better than good. But I don't think Jeanty does that. They can probably get Hampton at 22 or another RB combined with the other players to build a stronger, deeper roster.

Plus draft picks in future years will be VERY important from a cap and roster management standpoint

Jeanty would be an interesting pick for the Giants because what ONE player in the draft will help Shoen and Daboll keep their jobs
1) Carter - maybe
2) Shadeur - probably not this year
3) Hunter - -very interesting but how much can CB affect the game. WR - sure

So I think this has merit for two people looking for W's

It is all very fluid, up to and during this peculiarly interesting draft, bruddah.

But part of this is that Jeanty can be a mismatch vs a Nickle DB.

There was that one stinkin' play where Herbert hit Vidal a Wheel route.

JK and Gus were pretty average as receivers.

My suspicion is that GRo would not hestitate to exploit this trait.

....and RJ Harvey could be had for a single 3rd rounder and do wonderful eckler like plays.
