He averages 14.5 ypc and 4 TDs per year. His speed is good.
We can use his average. If he's better with Herbert, Great!

The Chargers have had some outstanding and legendary receivers over the history of their franchise.
Lance Alworth (hof)
Gary Garrison
Charlie Joiner (hof)
Kellen Winslow (hof)
Wes Chandler
John Jefferson
Anthony Miller
Antonio Gates (hof - future)
Vincent Jackson
Keenan Allen (maybe hof?)
Mike Williams
This off-season we said goodbye to one of the best WR duos this franchise has ever had. We move forward with a depth chart of young players at receiver, most of whom have yet to prove their worth (or lack thereof) in the NFL. Who will be the next franchise WR for the Chargers?
Ladd McConkey?
Joshua Palmer?
Quentin Johnston?
Son of Jerry Rice?
Cornelius Johnson?
Derius Davis?
DJ Chark?
A player not yet on the roster?Last edited by Velo; 07-08-2024, 04:53 PM.

It's the slowest part of the NFL season, and football have to justify their existence, so they cook up a lot scenarios that have no basis in reality but write about them anyway.
Several stories out there say they are in the mix to trade for Cee Dee Lamb, who's in a contract dispute with the Cowboys and is reportedly seeking $32M per for four years.
And one writer is saying the Chargers could acquire WR Dyami Brown, who has been a big disappointment for WFT in the NFL since he was drafted 5 spots after Josh Palmer in 2021. If WFT acquires Brandon Aiyuk or Deebo Samuel, Dyami Brown could be traded or released, or even released if they don't acquire a 49ers' WR.

I see Palmer, QJ, Ladd, Chark, DD and Rice making the 53.
Rookie camp starts in a week, full team TC on the 23rd. We'll get some updates on the position groups in the near future.
Meanwhile Hortiz & Co have their fingers on the pulse of everyone around the NFL. A player they like could show up on their scope at a relatively cheap price.
