It’s about what OL and DL do. Nothing else matters this year.

We have a lot of talent on OL and DE/ Edge. They are our strongest units. That said, everything matters.

There really isn't any good FA DT on the market right now. Most of them are old. Unless they trade for one or there are some surprise cuts, I think this is the D-line the Chargers are going into the season with.

Eddie 5-10, Chark 6-3. They're both fast, both stretch the field. They have that in common.
I'd guess Ladd, QJ and Palmer get more targets but I like Chark. Let's see how it works out.

There might be a surprise in our DTs and there's the DC Minter, DLC Elston factor.

I think our DL will look better than most expect in this D.

I really like Matlock and think he is going to have a monster year. I am still dumbfounded as to why he got very little playing time last year. He must not of been on of "Staley's guys"'.

As for the topic at hand, I think they'll be better than what the detractors believe. They can get teams by surprise.
