I hope if anything, they trade for a TE.

Is Osborn really that much better than Chark or even Raegor? I know the fan forums keep mentioning him as a trade for Chargers but those forums seem to mention a lot of players as trades to chargers

I don’t think so. I think Reagor is finding his purpose on the team. Block, misdirection, jet sweeps and sometimes a shot down field. With Chark coming back soon, I just think a TE is a much bigger need because I am over seeing Tomlinson on the field. I’d much rather see Bellinger out there than Tomlinson. Bellinger has some receiving chops. He’s never had a good QB throwing him the ball either.

I am open to it. He is an upgrade over Fehoko and was productive when he had Cousins as QB.

I have not read that anywhere. But it would be a good trade IMO. He's a decent WR, not a star, but can get open and make clutch catches. He would help. Only two hours 'til the deadline.

Hortiz has probably been working his a** off talking to other GMs about trades, I don't doubt he's been talking to NE about Osborne. But that doesn't mean he's made or will make the trade. Osborne was drafted by the Vikes 176th overall in 2020. In 2020-21 he posted 110 catches for 1305 yds and 12 TDs. Last season with the Vikes his production was somewhat less, due to Cousins going down. He would help round out this WR corps that does not have an established #1 yet but is deep with solid WRs who can produce. That approach has worked well for a few teams, most notably the Packers. It might work well for Herbert.
