    EV discussion goes here: https://www.thepowderblues.com/forum...rs-vs-gas-cars

Not going to move all the posts here to there, but feel free to explore the off topic forums. There shouldn't be any news for the next few weeks, but somehow tie your posts to the Chargers.

They are just so far ahead of us in some things.
It's because China is the biggest thief of technology. Ours...
now they've built ev plants in Mexico to put the American ev market out of business. Cheaper and lower in price. I say tarrif the fuck out of them. Chinese products don't last as long as made in America, or Japan, or Taiwan, or Europe. Their power tools suck. If you want things to last, I'm sorry China, it's made in america.

Don't agree but to rebuttle would force me to go politics and I'm not doing that, but we all know our infrastructure needs updating.

I hope to be off the grid by the time I retire (4 years). Reduce my monthly costs.
I'm seriously considering something similar to this; still grid tied but with significant battery backup so I'll not be drawing grid power unless something drastic happens. The PV systems are pretty much there now - it's mature tech, but the battery systems have a long way to go still . . . . . . . . . . . My guess is my system won't be economically viable for (at least) another 5 years or so.

            Geau Chargers!!!

              It has to be hybrids.

              Hybrids are too prone to injury . . . . . . . . .

Definitely not trying to go political. Only speaking from some experiences Boltjolt. Hopefully our hybrids will be thoroughbreds. I think we've got a good running back Corps in the making.

We only suit up 7 O-Linemen?! Even Harbaugh? Ouch. Well the starting guards gotta be EV, we need the instant power. The other 5 can be any combination of hybrid(efficiency) or gas(reliability). I would personally go with EV guards and hybrid tackles and center. Backups gotta be gas. That's me, but it's Harbaugh's choice.

In case anybody's interested, Rich Eisen side kick Chris Brockman made a list of the ten worst teams in the league, according to him, the Chargers are on it, #24, calls Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins "Ravens retreads."

And Mack is a Bears retread. What's his point? IF Dobbins can't stay healthy he will be good, it's just such a big IF. He is due!
Gus a bigger change of pace. Hurst is a pretty decent TE if he can stay healthy. We arent stacked at TE.
