    Like everyone else,
I am aware of what this no doubt means.
Maybe we do play modern football.

Sadly, he is retiring. Really good signing by Telesco. Difference maker.

But his name is mentioned a lot
Fox is mentioned because he doesn’t know fit the typical size profile for a Minter type DT. I would still try to keep him since his salary isn’t that bad and it’s always good to have a pass rushing DT on the team.

Lloyd Cushenberry III - is a FA, is he any good?

Former Chargers FO guy Randy Mueller creates his own FA ranking. Wonder if there’s a way to bring Hunter back. It would preferable to drafting Bowers at #5 overall IMO.

            30 Hunter Henry

            Age: 29 Height: 6-5 Weight: 258

Henry is a versatile, do-everything option who catches the ball well in traffic and when covered. He can get open with his athletic skills, his instincts or both. His numbers were down in 2023, mostly because of the scheme and the lack of talent around him. He's also an adequate blocker who can sustain to make all blocks needed in the run game. He's seeking his third NFL contract after playing out his three-year, $37.5 million deal in New England. — Mueller
There are options at quarterback and running back but defense dominates the list. Eight of the top 11 are edge rushers or defensive tackles.

his best years are ahead of him, he's only 26 and already has a lot of experience...does he fit the scheme that Roman wants? I don't know

I think so too - the savings is only $3.5m - so if you release him, better have a plan for that position

he's got a serious medical condition otherwise he doesn't do this for the team, he's done, no point in posting about how we hope he sticks around...it's pointless...

Scrolled through it quickly - but player number 129

Geoff Swaim TE - good blocker. Won't break the bank. Parham is set to make I think $1.2 - give this guy a bit more!

Trautman is another one, ranked 89

Cushenberry, since mentioned above is ranked 15 - he will probably cost a pretty good chunk of change

Only thing about Henry...why did he leave? He saw firsthand what Herbert could do...what he could do for his career...Patriots didnt pay him a great deal...

Maybe he wanted to win, thought Belicheck would do that for him...

Maybe new GM and Harbaugh will attract his services...

If the interest is mutual, Id welcome him back...even though I was a bit miffed when he left.
