Well, I'll be. Keeping both Bosa and Mack is a surprise. Perhaps Bosa and his agent realized he can make the most money staying where he is given others have taken all the good spots. If Bosa can stay healthy, I think he will be the best version of himself in Minter's defense. After Derwin, Bosa was the guy who Staley most ruined by making him a chess piece.

Just hope these restructures don't perpetuate cap issues into 2025 and beyond.

Hopefully we get more details but based on the current language, sounds like a straight restructure because he had another year left to push more money forward.

But if they just pushed another $10m of cap - added to the $15m from Mack and if you add Allen - now you are up $40m of cap space pushed to next year.

But you are right, maybe they are doing this to facilitate a trade. Which would need to happen with that $7m bonus due Saturday and the Niners seemingly interested
