I didn't even give MVS a thought but I like the idea - as posted above - this would be a solid move.
I think DD could be used in this fashion. I was really disappointed that Moore never used him to stretch the field vertically.
The bubble screens and Jett sweeps were expected. But I think the play design fell short last year.
Seems really foolish to spend a 4th round pick on a punt-returner-only.
I think he could be deadly in the play-action pass scheme that Roman likes.
He would almost demand a safety over the top every time he's on the field.

Not overly excited about either, would rather wait until draft for WR

I think we're going to add one more FA wideout; and draft at least one. Gallup is more solid, IMO, than MVS and will probably be cheaper than Boyd. Another FA I like is DJ Chark.

My guess - if a player like MVS is signed it is only because one WR was drafted. I don't think signing MVS, or any receiver, would stop them from drafting WR

Both Hortiz and Harbaugh have said they like current free agent receivers. One could be taken before/after the draft at the right price. They also mentioned they would probably draft one, too.

I think depending on how the draft goes, they are looking to take one after the draft when they have a better idea of the position at that point. But I also think they believe if they get the 2 targets they want, they might just feel they are good.

We might see DD’s role expand this year. Though his frame/weigh is definitely a concern. 165 pounds feels like an injury waiting to happen.

With the new KO rules DD is going to go crazy. It will be fun to watch this year.

I don’t know where I heard it yesterday cause I listen to Chargers podcasts and sports discussion all day, but somebody said that MICHIGAN only had 2 players lost for the season to injuries all year.

Herbert mentioned that during his presser. The 2 injuries were broken bones. Not much you can do about that.
