What happens if we cut Williams from a contract owing payout standpoint?

I am no cap expert. But I thought I read cutting Williams frees up 19-20M and Bosa due to dead money frees up 7M or so. I think Mack saves 20M or so in cap if he is cut. I would like to keep Bosa but I agree with those who said while he is a great player we cannot count on him or dedicate so much cap to him because he only plays about 1/3 of the time the last couple seasons. We had to learn with Verrett that as talented as he was, he did very little for us due to his health. I don’t blame or fault Bosa or hate on him, but we have to face facts.

Barkley will be an MVP candidate behind that Eagles offensive line I couldn’t think of a better place for him. Definitely number 1 in fantasy with Aj Brown and Devonte Smith. Number 1 pick in fantasy.

i think that strategy would work - not sure of the actual savings due to dead cap numbers (if they have an impact). since KA and Mack only have one year left on their deal, they would need to add 1-2 years so that the signing bonus could be spread over multiple years. Bosa is the only guy with 2 years left.

And that's exactly why we need two guys like Allen, MH2 or Nabors lined up. Who do we have? Allen. Nobody is afraid of Palmer even
though he showed a lot of improvement. QJ doesn't look ready for the job and we currently do not have a pass catching RB or TE.
It's not even clear if Allen will be back.

Khalil Mack at this point in his career is not taking a pay cut. He’s not doing it and he wants to go to a contender. M

He won’t be here we are developing building culture. Maybe he can make his way to Baltimore or San Francisco.
