Does there need to be a stipulation? Sometimes giving someone an interview is its own reward. Heck we ended up hiring Marcus Brady as pass game coordinator after interviewing him for the OC position. You never know how valuable it is for both sides.

It's very, very satisfying to see a clean sweep, a complete regime change, with new, competent people coming in, under a head coach who really knows what he's doing. Chargers fans thank you Baby Spanos!!!

was it a clean sweep tho? today Hortiz praised the charger scouting department, he said he would continue to evaluate folks and bring some of his people in but it sounds like he's keeping some of the guys already working for the chargers...also with Ficken staying you can't really say it was a full on clean sweep of the coaching staff either, I would say it's been a "smart sweep" because they didn't just nuke the whole deal...

I'm sure they did, they've taken their time with everything so I can't imagine they just slipped at the finish line to get an infraction of some type...
