I would like Bosa to stay. A new coach and a new philosophy will do wonders for him and his attitude. Harbaugh will make him back to the wrecking ball he used to be and showed flashes of last couple of years.

The number of coaches and coordinators that have been let go this year is insane. I don't think I can remember a time so many good HC's and coordinators have been available at the same time.

Plus, another idea - if the Chargers have this big money to spend on Bosa - why not spend it on a more reliable player that might not be hurt half the year.

I haven't heard about Dodd (Dodds?) either - I still haven't read about Brown, his name is still new and fresh to me. All 3 of the others are good candidates, I'll trust in Jim, er I mean John. Yeah, of course John is making the final decision --- sure.

Everybody says Harbaugh could have the Chargers in the Super Bowl in a few seasons. But I’m not ruling out the Chargers making it next season. Harbaugh took the ‘Niners from 6 wins to the NFC Championship game in a single season with Alex Smith at QB. The Chargers have the key pieces in place. With a decent draft they could be a top 5 team in 2024.

OL Coach : Tim Drevno 21 yrs experience. Followed JH to San DIego, Stanford, SF, Michigan. (3 yrs NFL experience). 5 yrs TE Coach too. I bet he's on the staff.

The great thing about the Harbaugh hire is that we don’t expect or need him to make a great leap or figure something new out. We just need him to do what he’s done over and over. Just be you Jim Harbaugh.

Cameron Dicker is safe. Tuli is safe. But the number is small, to be sure.

Offense: Herbert and Slater are cornerstones, the others that are safe include guys that have shown potential and are on their rookie deal ie. Zion, QJ, Derius, Palmer, etc.

Defense: Tuli is a cornerstone, while guys on rookie deals will probably stay on like ASJ. I think Derwin’s contract isn’t conducive to trading so I’ll say he’s fine also especially in Minter’s system.

ST: I think everyone, including JK Scott.

turn this roster over. I get it - some of these are long time chargers - there is an emotional attachment
(and I get it, Allen and Mack had very good years)

I want to win games and bringing back Bosa and Ekeler and Everett would be just doing that thing where you do something over and over and expect different results
