Its why I think Telesco is a bottom 5 GM. The rosters without Rivers and Herbert are pretty consistent: below average OL; below average Running game, defenses are some good, some bad and lastly, no team speed by and large

My last post on this subject. Just to qualify. I LIKE Herbert. I do. Almost love. But if we can do a "Dallas Cowboys Herschel Walker" type deal where we just get all kinds of high picks from some team that just(in their minds) needs a franchise guy...aka Herbert...to get over the top)...then I think that would work thats all.....most all the league thinks he is a superstar(who knows really). So get superstar value. I am not saying trade just to trade...trade if you can get super value. Cause we need more than a qB.

It would cost us about 100 million to next years cap. We would have to sacrifice next year 100% to make the move. It’s a cool idea in a few years when the cap hit is big but manageable. Cool idea in a vacuum but reality doesn’t support it.
