The comp pick formula is kind of ridiculous...how can the top teams in the league year over year get 3-4 extra picks. Just not buying it. The formula is just off. Should somehow limit it to your placement. Hell maybe give extra picks to the bottom teams just to help get them to parity.

That's what NE does, gets guys on the last year of their contracts and then let's them walk after the season. Smart.
