Chargers can't possibly pick higher than Carolina (whose pick goes to the Bears), Arizona, New England or Washington.

Bears (via Panthers) are locked at #1. Washington, NE and Arizona can all win, You may be right with the SOS, they might not get that very highest pick, but could be in that rotation for higher picks in later rounds.

Most of the road schedule is the same as 2022. Road games at Cleveland, Atlanta, Arizona, and the usual AFC West games. The difference is the games at Pittsburgh, New England, and Carolina.

Assuming that everyone in the top 7 loses next week, wouldn't the titans leapfrog the chargers due to the titans playing the 9-7 jags compared to the chargers playing the 10-6 chiefs?

yes but lets hope that the commanders, patriots, giants, cardinals and titans all win, . that would give us pick number 3

If they have the same record, the first tie breaker is the lower Strength of Schedule. I have no idea what the projected SoS will be.

I'm not sure they would pick 3 even if that happened, the SOS of the cardinals, giants, commanders, and patriots would all have to be greater than the chargers, I'm not sure that is numerically possible...
