As long as it has absolutely NOTHING to do with the game of football, the players who participate in playing the football, the equipment used to perform playing football, the men who coach/teach the players playing the football, the trainers who look after the well being of the players who play the football, the people who deal with the business side of the football, .......anything else that has the slightest, most remote, miniscule possible attachment to the game of football!

I hope Dean is more involved. I think JohnBoy feels threatened by somebody with a lot of experinc in player personel and asst GM qualifications. He needs to swallow that hard and get on the winning program and realize he isnt it.
