Reddick has actually worked in front offices. Everybody brings up Philly. This guy worked in Philly Baltimore Detroit and Atlanta. Is a brilliant mind and always has great things to say. I would look at Bucky Brooks and Daniel Jerimah to.

We will NOT get the kind of talent we need at GM if they know they'll be under Johnny's thumb / direction. No experienced, quality General Manager will put his personal reputation on the line in a situation like this.
