That's 2 RBs waived but I'm sure he won't get picked up.

KC's offense has dropped below the Chargers PPG. They're still good but their top 3 defense is carrying them.

KC's offense is not what it's been the last few years - but it's still better than ours. PPG can be deceiving - it's more about the timing as to when those points get scored. How many games would we have won if our offense could have scored on those last drives of the game?

KC seems to me to be a good example of how coaching matters; some seasons their offense carries the team, and others (like now) the defense is carrying them. Their staff understands the talent that they have, and that talent's limitations, and they play to their strengths.

            They've also drafted well these last couple of years . . . . .

              Draft well ?
              There's some luck in there.
Just an example : I. Pacheco, he came out of nowhere.

                Luck? Maybe. Or maybe they scout and research better . . . . . . . . . . . KC is a professional organization, unlike the LAC.

That kind of draft 'luck' is made and/or earned.

true. there is always some hit or miss involved, but teams make their own luck in the draft.

mckitty, spiller, JT woods, etc. - fuck. rounds 2, 3, 4, 5 are critical and those picks need to get on the field. what would be interesting to know is how many other teams have bad misses in rounds 2, 3, 4, 5. I mainly just follow the chargers.

I’m still holding onto Spiller. I don’t trust this coaching staff, their evaluation or their vision. Instead of JT McKitty they could’ve had G Quinn Meinerz, CB Elijah Molden or WR Amon Ra St Brown and instead of JT Woods they could’ve had LB Leo Chenal.
