Let’s see what the coaches can do with the extra week. Hopefully Ekeler is back, and QJ and Clapp are more comfortable. Also be nice if the D gets Bosa and James back.

Three Chargers are in the top 5 in three key stat categories on both sides of the ball.
Justin Herbert is the #5 QB in the league with 1106 yds
Keenan Allen is the #4 WR in the league with 434 yds
And Khalil Mack leads the league in sacks with 6, tied with TJ Watt and Josh Allen. KM of course got all his sacks in one game yesterday.
The Chargers are also top 5 in three team stat categories, again, on both sides of the ball.
They are #5 in passing with 269 yds per game (7th in total offense, 388.8 yds per game)
They lead the league with the Bills in sacks, with 16.
Their +5 in turnover differential is 4th in the league.

What about Guyton? Will he be able to play?
If the Chargers win one of the next two against the Cowboys and Chiefs I'll be happy. That is the toughest two-game stretch on the schedule.
The Chiefs don't look all that formidable right now. Two their three wins were by one score. The only team they beat soundly was the 0-4 Bears.

The Chiefs are 3-1 but have lost to the one team they played with a winning record and the 3 teams they beat are a combine 3-9. Why is Mahomes only #10 in the league with 1006 passing yards? Why is Travis Kelce not in the top 50 receiver/TEs in the entire league in yards and has zero TDS? Wouldn't you expect those numbers to be better? What's holding them back?

On defense, the front four has been pretty consistent but the db's have been giving up the big plays. In yesterday's game, even the special teams were a bit off. We could use a better punter.
Now we'll have a period of adjustment with Williams out. QJ was unimpressive in his first game as number three. Getting Ekler back would sure help, he does some great things with those outlet passes. If Guyton is ready for the Cowboys we could surprise them with some deep passes.THE YEAR OF THE FLIP!

He's came back from injury in game 2. He has 2 TDs not 0. The NY Jets are one tough defensive team. They are 3-1 and on top of the AFC West. Nothing is holding them back.
It's not about stats it's about wins and losses.
KC is vulnerable this year. If only we get our s**t together we would overtake them. But par for the course we've lost MW and maybe Linsey for the year and it's not even week 5

I think a lot of fans set themselves up for anger/disappointment by predicting wins and margin of victory (probably a result of fantasy football) Case in point the Dolphins game.
The LAC were extremely short handed against a desperate divisional rival.
No style points at this level. Get wins and fine tune as we go.
The Chefs are winning ugly/lucky/rigged, they can be had by 1 point or 20. Just win.
