He got injured before JC and JC is nearing playing.
It's been 10-11 months for Guyton but we haven't heard much about his progress.

Doss and Hightower are just a meager upgrade to Moore and Bandy.

You can never tell with knee injuries. When my daughter tore her ACL playing soccer, she also dislocated her kneecap and tore her meniscus and it took two surgeries to repair. But she is a fast healer and was back playing in 9 months. Others take a year and you never know what complications arise. At least he was finally out working with the trainers the past week or so, so it is trending in the right direction.

Could be, which maybe opens a spot for Dotson?

I doubt they'll keep 4 RB's. If Dotson has a great game tonight they may keep him. But, it will take a real good game.

I get it but it’s not like we’re loaded at RB. We have Ekeler who is likely in his last season as a Charger. Spiller who has looked ok this pre season but did nothing as a rookie. And Kelly who is in his 3rd? Year and has shown little in spot duty. RB isn’t a position that generally takes time to develop. They are among the most NFL ready players around. And as we all know their careers are short.

I've always said Kelly needs a hole but if he don't, he has no wigggle/ elusiveness.
