you know the team Tommy John track record of late for drafting players in the 20s come the first round.
your stance is that Keenan got injured last season, and so.... end of story, you're not talking 'bout anything else but moving on from him, and....
Charlie Joiner played 'til he was 39, and he wasn't puttin' up goose eggs either.
and what is the 30 year old Mason Dixon line for RBs, is not until 35 years old for most receivers, as mentioned before that plenty of name receivers have had some of their best years in their early 30s.
you can take the field.... you can have your pick of the litter from anyone coming out in this year's draft, in fact I'll give you 5 to 1 odds.... you can pick a handful of 'em, as will be very surprised if any of 'em even come close to Keenan in the next three years, thru 2025.
the odds are that Keenan is going to continue to have 100 receptions and 1k yards/year, rather than otherwise over the next coupla few years.
we can go back to drafting strategy for needs that got us MW, and Travis Benjamin in FA, or we can continue as we have of late and draft linemen....
and vet receivers.... we opted to overpay for MW, compounding our decison to overdraft him, and while there were vet receivers available in FA by way of JuJu Schuster and Chris Godwin, not to mention we prolly woulda had monies left over for a complementary RB and TE to boot.
still think holding onto Bosa is the much more risky proposition, than moving on from the likes of Keenan, Mack or otherwise.... (can we do something w/JC Jack ?)
