it would be nice to have a real backup QB on the team. Chase's play was embarrassing.

Actually, backup Geno pretty much took the snaps, handed off or scrambled for two yards every time. In some regards, this team HAS no backup QB, not for anything more than five or six snaps to spell the existing QB. It’s the way it’s been for some time now.

Just a couple of years ago we had Herbert as a back up. Until the crack Chargers medical staff changed that

about the only capable thing theyve done.

Serendipity. The rest, as they say, is history. Chase has had some scoring drives. I can’t remember whether in a losing or winning effort.

Could have used the McKitty pick (#97), which was a comp pic, on RB Michael Carter, whom the Jets drafted a few picks later. Amon-Ra St. Brown was still on the board too. Doubtful they would've drafted another WR after taking Palmer earlier in the 3rd round. But St. Brown has been better than Palmer.
              McKitty was a reach...kind of like Tillery...and K9...and...

Why can’t we see more of this from K9?

I think the game is slowing down for Murray. He plays more instinctive now and slices thru gaps well.

I have tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but we're in Year 3 now. Linebacker seems to be a position where if you don't show you can play at a high level as a rookie you never will. Although I loved the pick when it happened, it looks like he's the Tillery at linebacker.

It would be nice. Unfortunately those plays are few and far between and when you usually see him, it's taking a bad angle or missing a tackle on big runs.

Murray had a very good game Sunday night.

What the hell are people talking about?

Moving Trent Williams back into the rb was awesome....didn't pick that one up until now.

Agree. He made his presence felt. Unfortunately, once you become a TPB whipping boy people can’t accept anything different
