And to Staley's credit he pointed out how Nas improved and was specific about it. I still feel Staley brings a lot as a HC to today's NFL.

I know that Carter has been up and down with returns. But the coverage is better and the Chargers are not LOSING on special teams and even last night, they won with ST. Granted, the first punt by Scott was pretty weak but their punter did the same thing

Defense was nails from the 2nd quarter on. Wilson had like 15 yards passing in the 2nd half and OT.

Winning ugly is fine. So many years the offense put up yards and points and lost

Telesco players outside of the 1st round take a while to develop is my experience. Coaches take a while to stop being amateurs. We are a team that goes long way more than most. Some might say we hold onto mediocrity too long...but sometimes we just lag getting players to develop quicker. I think we are getting better in all aspects and too some extent all the injuries are helping develop our depth. They sure do look like they need the reps at times.
