What a win by the G-men.

Well I thought Daboll had the inside track to land the Chargers' job. In Week 1, I think it was, there was a shot of him chewing out Daniel Jones after Jones had thrown a ridiculous INT in the end zone. It didn't look like he was undressing Jones, just letting him know that he's not going to tolerate sloppy play. The Giants went on to win that game. Daboll is a no-nonsense type of coach. He's not out to be anyone's friend, he just wants to get the best he can from his players.

G men have limited weapons and Daniel Jones at qb. What could he have done with Herbert? Staley is a good talker and interviews well I would imagine but damn….time will tell. Right now it’s Daboll>>>>Staley

Again, it's VERY early. But you're correct. Staley has the most players listed in the top 100 NFL Players. Think about that. People always state on here that it's about having the players. And, of course, that's true. To a point. But good coaches bring a whole hell of a lot in terms of schemes and prep.

Look at Daboll's Giants today to see the contrast. They were getting beat soundly by halftime. And came out on offense making HUGE adjustments (jumped into Wildcat formations from the get-go). What halftime adjustments do we make? We remove Kelley, after he has some first-half success, to Michel, who has shown ZERO success this season. And why? Who the hell knows.

And I have no idea what Staley is doing on D to make us a dominant D.

Maybe he and Joey should take yoga in the offseason…
