We win tomorrow and next week, we should think about resting as many key starters as possible since there’s no bye. Obviously not possible with everyone because of roster limitations but yeah the Star players. Though I may give Bosa and Slater some snaps if they do come back this season in time for the finale.

If the Chargers clinch tomorrow but can still improve their seeding in weeks 17 & 18 I think Staley will they will try to win those games. If the Chargers win out and the Bengals beat the Ravens in week 18, the Bolts claim the top wildcard seed (5).

Lol, yes everything is up to the players. Like when they have a head injury and want to go back in. Just let them because they feel like it? Lol. Geez man.

I'll just say again, .....the coaches know more about this than we do.

And no I haven't seen anything but said a couple weeks ago that those expecting him to just jump right back in would be disappointed so I'm not surprised. If he comes back for the playoffs, that's great with me.

Great example. When a player gets a head injury they have to go through a protocol before they are cleared to play so yes it’s not up to the player. I haven’t heard anything from the team or coaches saying Joey’s not cleared to play. Has anyone said that? So it’s more about what Joey’s telling them. All Staley has said is he’s back in the building about 5-6 weeks ago and then that he’s doing individual work outs on the side but not practicing. They haven’t said he’s not cleared to practice. So that’s the difference.

I don’t get the feeling the coaches are holding him out. Staley hasn’t said that. All he says everytime he’s asked is Joey’s not practicing.

I think the Broncos defense is not very interested today
granted they have injuries and the offense has not helped them all season so they are probably just tired and not movitated today

Thats a fair point. The Defense has been so good and the offense - QB and coaches. I mean, at some point - why wouldn't you go two TE's and just see if you can run the ball
Do something different - at least running the ball might milk the clock to shorten the game.

I hope this is the type of beat down the Chargers put on the Colts - make it a no doubt kind of game
