49 INTS? That’s ridiculous…a good year for the chargers would be 20-25 even at 17 games, but 49 picks in 14 games, they were averaging 3.5 picks a game!!!

They're an NFL team, so yes. The AFL was unified with the NFL, teams, players, records & all.
Dallas led the NFL last year with 26 ints in 17 games.

That's improbable. I doubt that ever has or will happen. Definitely not for the 2022 Chargers.
I can accept that we have a lot of top players. Let's see how the W - L goes and what we look like in post season.
Team play, reasonable health and a little luck will help.

We'll have a good idea what direction this team will go after the first 2 games! On paper this is a playoff team, on the field we'll see if this coaching staff knows how to get the most out of and use the players effectively to actually win games. To expect a superbowl win or bust is kind of an unrealistic expectation, tho I get it being a life long Chargers fan! PLAYOFFS or Bust works for me. There the vibe is set. . .

Me too. We've had a lot of top talent in the past. One '94 appearance, no SB wins.
We were the AFL Champs in '63 over the Pats prior to NFL unification & SB contests.
