We have a new OL coach from NO this year right? Sorry im lazy to look it up.

i hope we get continued improvement from Norton and Pip. It was such a short samole size seeing pip holding his own but I hope his coaches are finally getting his technique matching the physical talent he was drafted for not long ago. Im hoping he has just needed time to develop and hes a late bloomer.

Yes we do. Lombardi said he knows him better than the one that left so it sounds like they won’t skip a beat.

BB also got fired as a HC and had to grow into being the GOAT HC.

Browns seem to have some issues.
When BB took over NE from Parcells, the die was cast.
Interesting that BB had a lot of LB, DB, DC experience in his coaching background.

The Titans waived offensive tackle Derwin Gray.

Hell yeah I’d bring him in. 2 years pro experience, better pass blocker than run blocker. Bring him in as camp competition and tryout for the PS. He’s better than our current backups

There is no doubt that the Chargers are looking. Whether we sign him or not depends on Staley & co.

He is a scrub. Maybe he can beat out one of the rookie OTs we have coming into camp but Storm or Pipkins is going to be our swing tackle. Salyer may be able to play there too.

Gray has already been on three teams. I mean for camp fodder why not i guess. Maybe he can make the PS. But im sure someone better will pop up on waivers or get cut. We have enough bodies for TC.

I don't know a thing about him, but given the value tackles currently have in the NFL - where even the scrubs are being hoarded - to be an outright cut (at this time - prior to TC) says a lot.

That’s what I was thinking. Getting cut this soon is a huge red flag.
